Now that the weather is beginning to warm up a bit, consider spending a little time each day being outside.

Even a 10 minute walk will do. Become aware of the changing scenery as spring progresses.
Breathe in the oxygen. You'll be increasing your endorphin levels, your feel good neurotransmitters.

Do this consistently and you'll help heal your mind and spirit while taking a little care of your body.

Thirty minutes or more would be the ideal, so see if you can gradually build up to it and make it a part of your daily ritual.

Try and pinpoint other activities that renew and refresh your spirit as well. Just thinking about it can be a good way to get started
